Hope

Though winter’s kiss is one that bids farewell,
The cheer is frozen still for yet a while,
I ponder back on days the snowdrops fell,
(Fall did snowdrops true,
As I did fall for you),
And now my heart is warmed amidst your smile

I really enjoy reading your poetry! I found your blog because we have two things in common - our first names (Elliah) and we both write poetry! I wanted the blog name: elliahpoetry, but it was already taken and I was so surprised. I've never met anyone with my name before. How do you pronounce yours? Mine is pronounced Ay-lee.

I really liked this one.

It's simple and clean. It's nice. :D

Hi, eliah_h713. I've almost forgotten about those PCTYD posts... sure, I'd be glad to write to you about CTY. But actually, that particular poem wasn't really inspired by CTY much... and in general, I'm really different from when I wrote those posts and poems... but anyways.
